- Undertook the major task of establishing a functioning and efficient Human Resource Department.
- Assigned responsibility for creating a new Employee contract for the company.
- Responsible for creating, managing, and updating the employee handbook.
- Responsible for verifying and maintaining employee documents.
- Undertaking new hire documentation and company orientation.
- Verification of employee's medical claims and bills for onward processing by Payroll.
- Overseeing the whole recruitment cycle from requirement analysis to onboarding.
- Conduct face-to-face and online interviews.
- Implementing effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Maintaining records of Shortlisted, Selected, Pool Candidates.
- Conducting orientation programs and briefings for new employees.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management like offer, joining, confirmation, relieving letter, or experience letter.
- Working on Employee Handbook.
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Design compensation and benefits packages.
- Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality management.
- Maintain company's LinkedIn, career page, Facebook, Twitter.
