Software Project Manager / Scrum Master / Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional who can effectively manage software delivery projects, facilitate agile processes, and drive successful outcomes. You must be highly organised, a strong communicator, and comfortable working closely with developers and stakeholders.

You will play a pivotal role in project planning, tracking, and ensuring delivery on time and within scope. Proven experience in managing software projects using Jira and/or Azure DevOps is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and facilitate software development projects from initiation to delivery
Act as Scrum Master for development teams, ensuring agile ceremonies are executed effectively
Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and risks
Maintain and report on project status using Jira and/or Azure DevOps
Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Support the establishment of processes as the company scales and prepares for office-based operations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Software Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Manager
Strong hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps
Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage remote teams
Ability to lead and motivate a team of developers
Experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable but not essential
