We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist our clients with inquiries, technical issues, and product information. The ideal candidate will be able to handle customer interactions professionally, provide timely solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat support.
Assist customers with installation queries, app usage, and tracking system troubleshooting.
Log and track support requests to ensure timely resolution.
Provide technical guidance and escalate issues when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure problems are resolved.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer support or a related role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (spoken and written).
Basic technical knowledge of car tracking systems or willingness to learn.
Ability to stay calm and patient under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
