You will strive to provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management, enabling informed decision-making and facilitating organizational growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities

Assist in financial data entry and maintenance of records in accounting software.
Provide general administrative assistance to the finance team, including filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents.
Help in processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing, payment collections, and reconciliations.
Assist with the collection of outstanding receivables and follow-up with clients on overdue accounts.
Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Support in reconciling accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the finance department's objectives.
Manage Director Personal transactions and provide monthly statements to management.

Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of Experience in relevant field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

For this purpose, we have qualified engineers (having degree in electronics/electrical engineering) who, on a complaint, visit the customers on-site within 24 Hrs. and provide the needed help. To handle this task, we get our engineers trained with our principals (OEMs) after the procurement of the machines. In addition to providing a prompt response to the customers, the services provided from our company helps our principals to avoid unnecessary on-site visits by their engineers, which at times can become quite expensive/ difficult especially due to insurance/security problems.
