Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for marketing projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design, and content) to ensure unified brand messaging and successful campaign execution.
Develop, proofread, and distribute marketing materials with attention to quality, brand consistency, and target audience alignment.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance (ROI, engagement, lead conversion), presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
Organize and manage marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and product launches with attention to logistical and promotional details.
Liaise with external vendors and agencies for advertising, printing, and digital marketing needs.
Maintain and update the marketing calendar to track deadlines, key dates, and campaign milestones.

Project Management (PMP-Based) Skills:

Scope & Time Management: Define clear objectives and manage campaign timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Cost Control: Budgeting and cost tracking for marketing initiatives to maximize ROI.
Risk Management: Identify potential delays or issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on progress and results.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate team efforts and tools to optimize productivity across multiple projects.

Training & Development Skills:

Create training manuals, SOPs, and onboarding materials to support consistency across marketing activities.

For this purpose, we have qualified engineers (having degree in electronics/electrical engineering) who, on a complaint, visit the customers on-site within 24 Hrs. and provide the needed help. To handle this task, we get our engineers trained with our principals (OEMs) after the procurement of the machines. In addition to providing a prompt response to the customers, the services provided from our company helps our principals to avoid unnecessary on-site visits by their engineers, which at times can become quite expensive/ difficult especially due to insurance/security problems.
