Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation of quality assurance strategies and control measures for to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits, systematically testing products at various stages of production to ascertain they conform to quality specifications.
Lead and mentor the QA/QC team by providing training, resources, and support, ensuring that team members are equipped to maintain high-quality performance levels.
Identify non-conformities and quality issues, utilizing problem-solving techniques to conduct root cause analyses and implement effective corrective actions promptly.
§ Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all quality control activities, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
§ Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to senior management, highlighting trends, recommendations, and the status of ongoing quality initiatives.
Coordinate with other departments to foster a cohesive approach to quality management, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Stay updated with the latest industry developments, standards, and best practices related to quality assurance and control within the industry.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 6 years of proven experience
Proven track record in quality assurance and quality control within the manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong Command: Quality Management ; Root Cause Analysis; Process Improvement; ISO Standards; Audits Management; Regulatory Compliance
