We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our Medicare campaign. As a CSR, you will play a key role in assisting individuals with Medicare inquiries and connecting them with the best solutions to meet their healthcare needs. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients through inbound/outbound calls for Medicare-related inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about Medicare plans, coverage options, and eligibility criteria.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or transfer calls to licensed agents.
- Maintain professionalism and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Document customer interactions and ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets, including call quality and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
