Location: Lahore

Job Responsibilities:

The position is responsible for establishing and managing security monitoring and

response mechanism.

In addition to the above the ideal incumbent will be responsible to:

Update the network design for emerging threats to ensure cyber security
Coordinate with IT for incident response and handling
Manage risk assessment and vulnerability scanning of Infrastructure (OS, Systems, Sever, and Networks etc.)
Assess Risk of new IT and business initiatives
Monitor network security and assessment using various tools
Contribute in Information Security SOPs/Guidelines development and maintenance
Manage logical and physical access controls reviews and prepare reports for higher management
Design and conduct targeted Information Security Awareness Trainings
Design and ensure the implementation of ACL and Security Baseline
Secure reviews for network and IT infrastructure
Define Policy for end point, firewall, web gateway, Domain Controller etc.
Coordinate and perform vulnerability scanning and penetration testing of network/systems
Incident logging, reporting /management
Develop and maintain an educational environment where the knowledge and performance of the group is constantly advancing
Develop and mentor staff through open communication, training and development opportunities, performance management and evaluation; build and maintain employee morale and motivation
Supervise timely and efficient activities and tasks of the team/subordinates/direct reports and provide robust feedback and guidelines as and when required. Ensure capacity planning, team building, and effective execution of deliverables along with competitive, productive and position work culture

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum I.T/CS Graduate from any HEC-recognized local/ foreign university.

Age: Upto 55 Years as of March 07, 2025.

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of relevant knowledge of the information security

policy, procedure and standards. information Technology, IT infrastructure, Risk Assessment, Network, and Information Security.
