Job Summary: 

We are hiring a highly skilled, experienced Senior Manager Recruitment for IT and tech to join one of our reputed clients based in Karachi. As the Senior Manager Recruitment, you will lead and manage the IT department's entire recruitment process. You will collaborate with the team, design effective recruitment strategies, and ensure the acquisition of top IT talent to support the business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies:

    • Collaborate with senior management to understand IT talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
    • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier IT professionals.
    • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process:

    • Lead the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
    • Conduct thorough technical assessments and evaluations to assess candidates' IT skills and expertise.
    • Ensure a promising candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Build and maintain talent channels:

    • Develop and maintain a network of potential IT candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship building.
    • Work closely with IT leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and provide recruitment support.
    • Provide guidance and expertise on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent acquisition best practices.
    • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and attract top IT talent.
    • Leverage social media platforms and other digital channels to promote the organization as an employer.

Manage recruitment metrics and reporting:

    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment efforts.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to provide insights on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Manager or similar role, focusing on IT recruitment.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and sourcing methodologies.
  • Strong experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate assessment and selection.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with all levels.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights.
