Trainee Manager

As a Trainee Manager at The Crust Pizza, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge required to manage our restaurant operations. You will work closely with our experienced management team to learn the intricacies of restaurant management, including customer service, inventory management, staff supervision, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Training and Development: Participate in our comprehensive training program to learn restaurant operations, management skills, and company policies.
Restaurant Operations: Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, including customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling waste.
Staff Supervision: Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets, maintain high customer service standards, and adhere to company policies.
Sales Growth: Implement sales growth strategies, including promotions, marketing initiatives, and customer loyalty programs.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and inventory management data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management or supervisory role.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
