We are seeking an experienced customer service Representative to join our Home Improvement Campaign. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in industries like roofing, windows, solar energy, auto insurance, or home warranties. Your role will be to engage with potential customers, provide expert knowledge, and guide them in selecting the right services for their needs.
Key Services You’ll Represent:
1. Roofing Solutions:
- Assist homeowners in understanding their options for roof repairs, replacements, and durable materials like shingles, metal roofing, and more.
2. Window Installations & Replacements:
- Promote energy-efficient window solutions that improve insulation and curb appeal.
3. Solar Energy Systems:
- Educate customers about the benefits of solar panel installations for energy savings and environmental impact.
4. Auto Insurance:
- Offer tailored auto insurance plans to protect vehicles with comprehensive and affordable coverage.
5. Home Warranty Plans:
- Explain home warranty packages that cover critical appliances and systems, providing peace of mind for homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries about services.
- Utilize your knowledge and expertise to explain service benefits and answer detailed questions.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with trusted service providers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics such as sales, lead conversions, and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales for home improvement, roofing, windows, solar, auto insurance, or home warranties.
Product Knowledge:
- Familiarity with specific services and the ability to educate customers effectively.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Persuasive and empathetic approach to customer engagement.
Availability:
- Flexibility to work in USA time zones and adjust to campaign schedules.
