Submission Processing:

  • Handle the complete process of submission, ensuring all required documentation and details are properly submitted and processed in a timely manner.

Booking of New/Open and Close Files:

  • Responsible for the accurate booking of all new, open, and closed files, ensuring the system is updated to reflect the latest status of all files.

Filling of Forms:

  • Complete and organize all required forms, ensuring they are filled out accurately and submitted to the appropriate departments.

Preparation of Monthly Submission Report:

  • Compile and prepare a detailed report summarizing all submissions for the month, including key metrics, progress, and any relevant issues or challenges.

Preparation of Daily Submission Report:

  • Prepare daily reports reflecting the status and progress of ongoing submissions, ensuring all necessary details are captured and communicated to the team.

Preparation of Daily Reports for GM and Sales Head:

  • Provide the General Manager and Sales Head with daily reports that summarize key activities, progress, and metrics related to submissions and bookings.

Record Keeping of Approvals:

  • Maintain a systematic and organized record of all approvals, ensuring that all necessary approvals are documented and easily accessible for future reference.

KYC (Know Your Customer):

  • Ensure that all required KYC procedures are followed, including collecting and verifying relevant information about customers in accordance with company policies.

Daily Updates in ERP for New and Existing Bookings:

  • Update the ERP system daily with all new bookings, as well as updates to existing bookings, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.

Creating Inventory in ERP:

  • Create and manage inventory entries in the ERP system, ensuring that all inventory data is properly recorded and accessible.

Follow Submission SOPs:

  • Adhere strictly to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for submissions, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Pick & Drop will be provided, candidate will be from Jhelum City or from Sarai Alamgir.
