Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Help with the onboarding process, including preparing materials, assisting with new hire orientation, and ensuring all documentation is completed.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • HR Reporting: Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations, tracking employee data, and managing HR systems.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Training & Development: Assist with organizing training sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials.
  • General HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team with various tasks as needed, such as answering queries, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
