Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealer Network Management: Build and sustain a strong dealer network to support and achieve sales objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Ensure the effective execution of sales strategies and plans developed by the Head of Sales.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate dealer performance, providing necessary support to meet sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain productive relationships with dealers, resolving issues promptly and fostering collaboration.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to enhance dealer performance.
  • Sales Reporting: Submit accurate and timely reports on sales performance, dealer activities, and customer feedback to senior management.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain detailed and organized records of dealer agreements, sales transactions, and customer interactions.
  • Customer and Dealer Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve concerns or disputes, ensuring a seamless customer experience and strong dealer relationships.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at sales events, exhibitions, and dealer meetings to promote projects and strengthen networks.
