We are hiring a female candidate for a remote calling position. The role requires fluency in English, confidence in handling calls, and a basic understanding of sales. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, answering inbound calls, and maintaining a professional tone at all times. The shift is from 6 PM to 3 AM, with a 1-hour break included.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients and respond to incoming calls
- Speak clearly and professionally in fluent English
- Follow communication scripts and call guidelines
- Record call outcomes accurately and maintain call logs
- Collaborate with the team and report updates daily
- Represent the company with a friendly and professional attitude
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Fluent in spoken English
- Punctual and reliable, with strong time management
- Experience in a remote job setting (preferred)
- Basic understanding of sales or customer handling
- Clear communication and active listening skills
- A quiet workspace and strong internet connection
- Previous calling or customer service experience is a plus
