The Institute Manager (Principal) will lead the Korangi Campus, ensuring academic excellence and operational efficiency. This campus focuses on female-oriented trades, including Industrial Stitching, Dress Making, Fashion Design, Beauty-related courses, and Digital Trades. The IM is responsible for managing academic operations, admissions, marketing, and placement, aligning with the organization’s mission of “Skilled Pakistan.”
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Recruitment and Admissions:
Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and enroll female students.
Supervise the admission process, ensuring transparency and achieving induction targets.
2. Academic Standards and Instructor Development:
Uphold high academic standards and supervise curriculum implementation.
Plan training sessions for instructors to enhance their teaching skills and subject knowledge.
3. Student Welfare and Relations:
Create a positive learning environment for female students, ensuring their safety and success.
Address student concerns promptly and professionally.
4. Student Placement and Industry Collaboration:
Collaborate with the Placement Department to secure internships and job placements.
Build relationships with industry partners to enhance opportunities for graduates.
5. Operational and Budget Management:
Manage the campus facilities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Prepare and manage the institute’s budget to optimize resources.
6. Data Management and Compliance:
Maintain accurate records of student and academic information.
Ensure regulatory compliance and manage license renewals.
7. Reducing Dropout Rates:
Implement strategies to reduce dropout rates by addressing student needs and challenges.
8. Event and Audit Management:
Organize campus events such as community service activities, graduations, and national celebrations.
Ensure all documents are audit-ready and comply with organizational policies.

Registered in 2008 under the Societies Act 1860, Hunar Foundations took its first batch in January 2010 in premises supplied by Delhi Mercantile Society, Karachi in its DMS School facility. The students gave their City & Guilds exam at the end of the year and till 2019 14 batches had graduated with one year diplomas. Since then Hunar has added its Rashidabad (near Tando Allah Yar), Lahore (Bedian Road), Multan (Pak Arab Fertilizer) and Kharian campuses as well as a women’s institute in Karachi that started in 2015 and is in the process of relocation to a new modern upgraded facility. By end of 2019 two more institutes are added in Korangi (Karachi), one for women and one for men. Korangi campus is targeted to host a state of the art Teacher’s Training and Excellence Center.
