Thumbnail Designer

We are seeking a creative Thumbnail Designer to join The Moon YouTube team. The ideal candidate will craft visually striking thumbnails that attract viewers and enhance engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of design trends, the crypto niche, and audience psychology to create high-converting thumbnails.

Key Responsibilities:

Thumbnail Creation: Design eye-catching and engaging thumbnails that align with our crypto channel's brand identity and attract maximum click-through rates (CTR).
Trend Adaptation: Stay updated on current design trends, crypto market news, and YouTube best practices to produce relevant and timely visuals.
Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the content creators and marketing team to align thumbnails with video topics, branding, and overall channel strategy.
Performance Analysis: Monitor thumbnail performance metrics and refine designs based on viewer engagement and analytics to improve CTR over time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graphic Design Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design software with a strong portfolio showcasing thumbnail designs or similar work.
Understanding of YouTube Algorithms: Knowledge of YouTube's algorithm and how thumbnails impact CTR and video performance.
Crypto Knowledge: Familiarity with cryptocurrency trends, jargon, and visual themes to create thumbnails that resonate with the target audience.
Creative and Analytical Thinking: Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making to optimize designs for maximum viewer impact.
