Core Responsibilities:

Managing the Reservation Process:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the reservation process, including handling inquiries, managing bookings, confirming reservations, and resolving issues. 

Team Leadership:

  • Supervising and training reservations staff to deliver excellent customer service. 

Revenue Management:

  • Developing and implementing pricing strategies, monitoring reservation trends, and preparing reports on performance. 

System Management:

  • Ensuring all related systems are correctly configured, validated, and working to full capacity. 

Inventory Management:

  • Managing the availability of apartments and ensuring accurate information on all channels. 

Customer Service:

  • Responding to guest requests, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on occupancy, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
