We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of our school’s daily operations. You will work closely with faculty, staff, students, and parents, serving as a central point of contact and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily administrative tasks (e.g., recordkeeping, data entry, maintaining student files)
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
Assist in developing and implementing school policies, procedures, and compliance measures
Organize, schedule, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events
Maintain and update office records, databases, and digital filing systems
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and students on various administrative requests
Handle inventory, ordering, and distribution of office and classroom supplies
Support budget preparation and expense tracking in collaboration with the finance department
Qualifications and Skills:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, ideally in an educational setting
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work with staff, students, and parents
