Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote and sell our products/services while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in night shifts
