- Understanding the customer requirements.
- Must be expert in GDS (Sabre , Galileo) , Hotel Bookings , Travel Insurance and Tour Packages
- Explain the holidays packages to the customers
- Ability to sell domestic and international tickets over phone and email.
- Converting genuine leads into business.
- Clients handling/ customer support.
- Must aware with the travel requirements and travel restrictions
- Understanding client's package
Requirements.
- Presenting, convincing & selling tour package to clients.
- Takes follow up's.Shall be able to have good communication skills as he will be getting in touch with the customers over the phone call.
