eCommerce Operations Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon and eBay.
Write compelling product descriptions and optimize titles, keywords, and images for SEO.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve rankings and conversions.
Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Manage inventory and update stock levels to prevent overselling.
Conduct competitor analysis to ensure competitive pricing and positioning.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure on-time order fulfillment and delivery.
