Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our Hajj and Umrah packages, providing excellent customer service, and helping clients plan their pilgrimage. This role requires strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of the travel industry, and a passion for helping people achieve their spiritual goals.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Hajj and Umrah Packages: Actively promote and sell our Hajj and Umrah packages to prospective clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they have all necessary information for their pilgrimage.

Booking and Documentation: Handle booking processes, including ticketing, accommodation arrangements, and visa processing. Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.

Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with clients before, during, and after their pilgrimage to ensure their experience meets or exceeds their expectations.

Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide the best advice and service to clients.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry. Experience with Hajj and Umrah services is a plus.

Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in and English. Additional languages are a plus.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Hajj and Umrah rituals, requirements, and travel logistics.

Technology: Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other sales tools.
