Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with bankers and financial professionals
  • Identify potential solar clients through referrals and banking networks
  • Educate banking contacts about solar energy solutions and referral models
  • Conduct meetings, perform site visits, and present tailored proposals
  • Convert leads into successful solar installations
  • Collaborate with internal teams for technical support and execution
  • Maintain records and provide regular reporting
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, banking, or a related field
  • Strong existing network within the banking industry (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Own conveyance (bike or car) required
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
