We are looking for a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, take initiative, and work independently while supporting various functions within the company. Responsibilities include:
- Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients, follow up on leads, and engage with prospects to generate business.
- Email Correspondence: Handle incoming emails, respond to inquiries, manage bookings, and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Booking Management: Organize and manage appointments or reservations, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Route Planning: Create and optimize travel or delivery routes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
