We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Call Centre Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is cold calling potential customers, promoting products/services, and converting leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US market.
- Present and promote services to potential customers.
- Overcome objections, answer inquiries, and close sales effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and leads in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve the overall process.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in cold calling or telesales (preferably in the US market).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Availability to work during EST hours (7 PM to 4 AM PKT).
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other call center software.
