What You’ll Do:

Manage flight ticket issuance using GDS systems like Sabre and GAL.
Assist clients with hotel bookings, ground transfers, and general travel-related inquiries.
Handle phone and email communication with professionalism and clarity.
Providing backend support and collaborate closely with teams in both the UK and Lahore to ensure seamless service.
Deliver excellent customer service while efficiently prioritizing tasks.

Key Skills We're Looking For:

Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry or priori international call center experience is a plus.
Understanding of hotel suppliers, room types, and basic travel packages.
Proficiency in using GDS systems (Sabre and GAL) is ideal but not mandatory—we provide training.
Strong communication, email drafting, and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Requirements:

Experience in the travel industry is preferred, but we welcome fresh candidates with no experience—our training will equip you with everything you need.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
