Sales Assistant

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant for our Machines Division in Lahore. The role involves supporting the sales process, managing client interactions, and achieving sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and experience in customer engagement, contributing to our success in selling advanced machines such as laser cutting machines, fiber cutting machines, and plotters.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop new business from existing and prospective customer accounts.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Handle complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
Coordinate scheduling and correspondence with clients and sales team members.
Present a professional image of the company to clients.

Key Requirements:

Education: Minimum 14 years of qualification (Bachelor’s or relevant Diploma).
Preferred Qualification: Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and time management proficiency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with technical knowledge and experience in customer dealings related to machines or industrial equipment.
