As a Marketing and Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for direct communication with Canadian customers, requiring flexibility to work during EST time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage the Canadian market.
- Generate creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Understand the needs and preferences of our target audience and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
- Utilize SEO techniques and create compelling advertisements to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Canadian customers.
