We are seeking an energetic and proactive Business Development Executive having sharp memory and quick understanding skills to join our team and oversee day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations.
- Handle employee relations, including addressing concerns, maintaining morale, and fostering teamwork.
- Oversee recruitment processes to hire talented professionals and build a strong workforce.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflows and ensure timely task completion.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Support management in planning and executing business strategies for growth.
- Monitor and address any operational challenges proactively.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate employees.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruitment, HR management, or similar roles is a plus.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Enthusiastic, driven, and capable of handling dynamic workplace challenges.
