Backend Developer

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in administring backends and backend development technologies, including backend, Backend Frameworks, and API development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the development of innovative web applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop, Administer and maintain backend components and allied packages for web applications using Node.js, Python, and API development.
Develop, Administer and maintain backend database including MySQL, MongoDB, NoSQL using high availability and auto scaling options
Strong on with backend frameworks including Spring Boot, Django for Java, Laravel for PHP, Node.js, Python
Good to have hands on with DevOps, Version Control and GitHUB
Collaborate with frontend/backend developers to integrate backend components with server-side logic and APIs.
Optimize database and application performance for speed and scalability
Work closely with developers, product managers, QA and stakeholders to translate requirements and into technical backend features and tools.
Stay updated on emerging backend technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve skills and contribute to technical innovation within the team.
Strong documentation skills to ensure backend process and scripts in full control and visibility of the team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3-4 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer/Administrator, with a strong focus on backend technologies such as MySQL, MongoDBm NoSQLm Python, API Development, Spring boot, Django for Java, Laravel for PHP, Node.JS.
Solid understanding of standalone databases, high available architectures, auto scaling data principles.
Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming for data fetching and state management.
Proficiency in version control systems such as Git and code collaboration tools like GitHub or GitLab.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues with development teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing large IoT wnBLWS data streams for transactions and reporting
Excellent in administering and publishing monitoring tools to ensure control and visibity for performance challenges
Strong in query development and optimization
Strong in building auto scaling framworks for backend systems
Strong in dockers and kubernetes to ensure auto scaling well in control
Familiarity with managing OLTP and OLAP data pipelines
