We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Sales Operation Officer to join our sales operations team. The successful candidate will assist in various sales operations functions, including sales data analysis, sales reporting, and sales process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

2. Sales Reporting: Prepare and distribute sales reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

3. Sales Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Sales System Administration: Assist in administering sales systems, including CRM software and sales analytics tools.

5. Data Entry and Maintenance: Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in sales systems.

6. Sales Support: Provide sales support to sales teams, including responding to sales inquiries and resolving sales-related issues.

7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with sales operations policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

8. Special Projects: Assist with special projects, including sales-related initiatives, process improvement projects, and other projects as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Experience: 0-1 year of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related field.

3. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Knowledge: Basic knowledge of sales operations principles, practices, and software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certifications: Certifications in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related field are desirable.

2. Technical skills: Proficiency in sales operations software, including CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.

3. Industry experience: Experience in a similar industry or sector, such as retail, manufacturing, or finance, is preferred.
