PKR. 20,000 - 45,000/Month

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying and engaging talent for overseas employment opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Checking and responding to emails related to recruitment inquiries.
Shortlisting CVs based on job requirements.
Initiating contact with potential candidates (calling, interviewing, and assessing their suitability for roles abroad).
Headhunting and sourcing new talent through phone calls, job portals, social media, and other resources.
Maintaining clear and accurate candidate profiles, and updating their progress and status to the company.
Managing communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
Providing timely follow-up and support to candidates during their application process.
Achiving recruitment targets and goals set by the company.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to connect with a range of people.
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience in recruitment (especially for overseas employment) is a plus but not required.
A proactive, motivated, and adaptable approach to work.
Priority will be given to female candidates; however, male candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation:

Bonus and commission will be provided upon achieving recruitment targets.
Competitive salaries and incentives based on performance.
