Oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of office activities.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Ensure office equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
Coordinate and manage internal and external communications.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the administrative budget.
Ensure cost-effective management of office resources.
Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of company records and documents.
Manage transport and guest house operations for overseas staff.
Oversee the maintenance and security of the office & guest house premises.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
