We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead partnership collaborations, co-marketing campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives. You will be responsible for developing joint marketing plans with clients/partners, organizing regional events, producing engaging video content, and enhancing shop branding to drive awareness and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Partner Collaboration

Work closely with clients and partners to develop mutual marketing cooperation plans, aligning goals, budgets, and KPIs.
Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements (roles, deliverables, cost-sharing).

Co-Marketing Campaigns

Plan and execute co-branded campaigns (social media, email, webinars) with partners to expand reach.
Coordinate asset creation (graphics, content) and cross-promotion schedules.

Shop Branding & Visual Merchandising

Oversee in-store/e-commerce branding updates, including signage, displays, and co-branded materials.
Ensure consistent brand representation across partner channels.

Event & Exhibition Management

Organize regional exhibitions, pop-ups, or trade shows to showcase products/partnerships.
Handle logistics (venue, vendors, promotions) and post-event follow-ups.

Content Production & Surveys

Conduct customer/partner surveys to gather insights and testimonials.
Produce 5–8 high-quality videos/month, including user interviews, partner testimonials, and event highlights (filming + basic editing).

Performance Tracking

Measure campaign success (engagement, leads, conversions) and optimize strategies.
