We are looking for a dedicated travel consultant to handle comprehensive Umrah package bookings and international ticketing services, primarily catering to Canadian customers. The role involves coordinating flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa assistance to ensure seamless travel experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver personalized travel solutions while maintaining outstanding customer relationships. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire process of Umrah package bookings, including flight arrangements, hotel reservations, ground transportation, and visa support. Handle flight reservations, modifications, cancellations, and ticket issuance for both international and domestic travel routes. Provide customized travel solutions tailored to Canadian clients’ preferences and budget considerations. Stay updated on airline regulations, Umrah visa requirements, and current travel advisories to ensure compliance and smooth processing. Communicate effectively with clients through phone, email, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional after-sales service. Coordinate with local and international suppliers, particularly in Saudi Arabia, and utilize airline Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo for booking management.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in travel consultancy, focusing on Umrah packages and international ticketing. Proficiency in GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is essential. Familiarity with Canadian travel regulations, Umrah visa procedures, and airline policies is required. Excellent command of English is necessary, while knowledge of Urdu or Arabic is considered an advantage. Ability to work according to Canadian time zones (EST/PST) is important. Strong customer orientation, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality service are critical for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in both B2C and B2B travel sales environments is preferred. Knowledge of Saudi hotel chains and key Ziyarat destinations will be beneficial. The ability to upsell travel insurance and other travel-related services is a plus. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs55,000 to Rs65,000.
