Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English is required
- Inbound/Outbound Campaign experience
- Minimum Education: Intermediate (Inter.)
- Office-Based Job
- Agents responsible for handling flight inquiries over the phone, finding cost-effective flight options, booking under the client's name, issuing tickets, managing date changes, cancellations, and re-issuances
Shift Time:
- Afternoon shift only (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Answer flight inquiries, find the best flight options for clients, handle bookings, ticket issuance, date changes, cancellations, and re-issuance
- Collect deposits and balances
- Use follow-up and promotional techniques, preparing materials to sell air tickets suited to clients
- Handle unexpected issues, multitask, and manage travel-related complaints
- Be sharp-minded, hardworking, and efficient
- Must be able to multitask and work as part of a team
- Build customer relationships based on trust and service credibility
- Unpaid training for freshers for 2 weeks for airlines and then live.
