We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team remotely. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with parents, promote our educational programs, and increase enrollments. You will be handling both outbound and inbound calls, following up on inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Existing Parents: Call parents whose children are currently enrolled in nursery programs and encourage them to enroll in additional activities such as Dance, Karate, Tuition, Abacus, and Arts & Crafts Classes.
  • Re-engage Past Students: Contact parents of children who previously attended our nursery but have since joined school, offering after-school programs like Tuition, Dance, Karate, and Abacus.
  • Follow Up on Inquiries: Manage and follow up professionally on new inquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Database Calling: Reach out to prospective parents from our database to introduce and promote our educational programs.
  • Maintain Records & Feedback: Track all calls, follow-ups, and feedback systematically, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
  • Achieve Enrollment Targets: Consistently meet and exceed enrollment goals through effective communication and sales techniques.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferably in an educational institution) is an advantage.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Communication Skills: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers for making calls, managing WhatsApp responses, and maintaining inquiry records.
  • Organization & Follow-up: Ability to structure the workday efficiently, handle high call volumes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Remote Work Setup: Must have a high-quality laptop, headset, and a quiet dedicated workspace.
