You will be responsible for managing and increasing sales through social media channels. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, handling customer complaints, and providing excellent customer service.
The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales and improve the customer experience on social media platforms.
Candidates having SEO and Ads knowledge will be prioritised.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
- Proven experience in Retail Sales and Sales
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for sales purposes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
