We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This role combines customer service excellence with sales expertise, providing an opportunity to earn additional income through incentives based on sales performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and promoting products or services to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Sales & Upselling:

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Actively promote ongoing promotions and discounts to customers.

Order Management:

  • Process orders, payments, and refunds promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and guidelines.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company objectives.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Performance Targets:

  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction and sales quotas.
  • Regularly update management on progress toward sales goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service and/or sales roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other office tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
