Compensation Plan:

  • $100 USD/month (paid weekly)
  • $200 USD bonus per qualified lead that closes (paid every Tuesday)

Role Overview:

  • Make outbound cold calls to U.S. homeowners and generate qualified leads.
  • You are not responsible for closing deals.
  • Daily Schedule (PST):
  • Shift Time: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (7 hours)
  • Lunch Break: 1:00 PM PST (30 minutes)
  • Short Break: 3:30 PM PST (15 minutes)
  • Zoom Check-In: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST
  • Time Tracking: Google Sheets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Talk Time: Minimum 3 hours daily
  • Call Volume: At least 50 outbound calls/day
  • Lead Submission: 3-4 qualified leads per shift

Tools & Platforms:

  • WhatsApp: For updates and announcements
  • Zoom: Daily check-ins
  • Google Sheets/Drive: For tracking and reporting
  • Qualified Lead Criteria: Homeowner is willing to sell now or within 6 months
  • Property information is provided Seller motivation score is 5+ Seller is open to follow-up from acquisitions team
