We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This is an onsite, night shift position where you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships with clients. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work in a night shift (timings: [Insert shift hours]).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
