Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user support requests in a timely manner and provide high-quality technical support via phone, email, and in person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software, including imaging and configuring devices.
  • Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement upgrades, patches, and security measures.
  • Document support processes and solutions in a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on software applications and best practices.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach while managing multiple support requests.
