We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our in‑office team for night shift operations (6 pm – 4 am). This full‑time role involves managing email, live chat, and occasional phone support for our US‑based clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone as needed
  • Deliver accurate, timely resolutions in a professional manner
  • Document each interaction and maintain up‑to‑date records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Adhere to communication protocols and uphold a courteous tone
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting US clients
  • Strong multitasking, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Must be based in Lahore and available for 6 pm–4 am shifts
  • Serious about long‑term career growth (students and fresh graduates are not eligible)
