We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Admin and Customer Service Specialist. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks, as well as provide excellent customer support. The position will also involve some social media management.

The ideal candidate must be:

  • Fluent in English,
  • Available on-site from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am (Monday to Saturday),
  • Ready for an in-person interview at our office on Tipu Road, Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews with teachers
  • Manage teachers and other staff
  • Handle customer relationship (mostly parents of students in the UK)
  • Work as a customer support representative, i.e. timely respond and actively engage with new leads to drive sales
  • Assist in other social media activities, such as graphic editing, content creation, organic social media management, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector, will be advantageous.
