Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within U Bank.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating selection.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during all HR processes and decisions.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing employee concerns and fostering effective communication.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring new hires have the necessary tools and information to succeed.
  • Maintain and manage the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to ensure accurate data related to employees, including personal information, benefits, and payroll.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and improve efficiency in managing applicant data.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies, labor laws, and employee development programs to enhance employee knowledge and compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics to inform management about workforce trends and departmental efficiencies.
  • Work closely with management to align HR initiatives with business objectives and assist in building a high-performance culture.
