Responsibilities:

- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Communication: Liaise between project managers, clients, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Documentation: Maintain records of site activities, incidents, and changes to project plans.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
Qualifications typically include a background in construction management or a related field, strong leadership skills, and experience in construction processes
