UI Path Developer

This role focuses on leading the technical design, development, and maintenance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) applications within the UiPath ecosystem, driving innovation and delivering tailored automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design, development, and ongoing maintenance of RPA applications and related components.
- Identify and implement innovative opportunities to expand and enhance the UiPath ecosystem with creative solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, especially for integration with partner products.
- Provide continuous support to internal teams, customers, and partner implementation teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Develop customized workflows and automation solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
- Manage and maintain Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and bot maintenance documentation in line with Center of Excellence (CoE) standards.
- Thoroughly document solutions and uphold best practices in the RPA development process.
- Stay updated with product releases and roadmaps, educate customers, and collect feedback to drive product improvements.
- Conduct process analysis, solution design, and implementation activities to ensure effective automation outcomes.
- Plan and participate in deploying RPA platform components, including bots, orchestrators, development tools, and system integrations.
- Provide technical guidance on design considerations such as performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and auditability.
- Mentor and support junior developers by promoting best practices, addressing business and technical requirements, troubleshooting, system testing, and resolving bugs.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in UiPath development, including proficiency with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and the RE Framework.
- Strong skills in process analysis, solution design, and RPA implementation.
- Ability to manage technical documentation and maintain compliance with CoE standards.
- Experience in deploying and integrating RPA platform components.
- Demonstrated capability to provide technical leadership and support to development teams.
