UI/UX Designer (Figma Expert + Post Design)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma and other contemporary design tools. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for visual aesthetics and the ability to efficiently source and utilize design assets. This role goes beyond interface design, also involving the creation of marketing and social media posts as needed. It is a full-time, in-person position with a starting salary of Rs30,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for both mobile and web applications using Figma.
- Create interactive prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and mockups to clearly communicate design ideas.
- Source or develop design assets such as icons, illustrations, and photos to enhance project visuals.
- Produce promotional and branded content for social media and other online platforms.
- Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
- Maintain design consistency in accordance with established brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to continuously improve design quality.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design supported by a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including features like Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping.
- Familiarity with additional design software such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Ability to source both free and commercial design assets, including icons, fonts, and images.
- A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Experience in designing social media posts or advertising creatives.
- Good command of English to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with motion graphics or animation tools such as After Effects or Lottie is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of front-end development, including HTML and CSS, is beneficial.
- Knowledge of UI kits and design systems will be a plus.
