UI/UX Designer

Slipy Technologies, a rapidly growing startup located in Bahria Town Civic Center, Phase 4, Rawalpindi, is revolutionizing how businesses and individuals handle billing and payments. Focused on delivering seamless, sustainable, and paperless transaction experiences, we are building a dynamic and innovative team. We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate UI/UX Graphics Designer to join us on-site. This role offers a unique chance to influence the user experience and visual identity across our mobile app, web dashboards, and website, while also supporting our social media presence through engaging posts and visuals. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine user interfaces for mobile applications, web dashboards, and websites, ensuring they meet user needs and align with business goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that improve usability and visual appeal.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance design effectiveness continuously.
- Develop basic social media posts and visuals for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, maintaining consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Strong creative skills with keen attention to detail and visual design.
- Ability to identify user pain points and develop intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
- Basic skills in creating engaging social media content.
- Excellent teamwork abilities, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile application design and dashboard development is highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in website design and social media management is desirable.
